Welcome to *SPARC Consulting. With 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to delivering personalized sustainability solutions focusing on integrity, compassion, and excellence. Biography & Experience

With expertise in designing and delivering strategies to elevate sustainability and conservation, my unique skillset is a result of my extensive advocacy work in the not-for-profit sector combined with over 12 years of managing change within the complexities of a multi-site insitutional setting. Having been shaped by some of our country’s most inspiring leaders, I have a committed drive to bring fresh and inspiring results to the strategies and teams I lead. An open, positive and personable approach allows me to create genuine connections and relationships. I have a deep commitment to discovering new creative opportunities, raising the capacities and profiles of the organizations I represent, and helping shape Newfoundland & Labrador's path to a more sustainable future.
2024 - Present - sustainability lead (2025 Canada games)
  • Senior volunteer position responsible for sustainability plan development
  • Oversee sustainability strategy, manage partnerships, develop initiatives
  • Provide guidance on sustainability information, policies, & procedures
2020-2024 - Sustainability & Climate action officer (Memorial UNiversity)
  • Lead champion for sustainability leadership, culture and programming
  • Strategic planning for university policies, programs, and initiatives including climate, energy, emissions, transportation, and waste
  • Liaise, advise, and support departments across 6 campuses in NL
2017-2020 - social innovation changemaker (memorial university)
  • Design and lead social innovation & civic engagement projects
  • Creatively leverage university knowledge to serve the public good
  • Create partnerships within the university and with external stakeholders
2014-2016 - Manager, education & Alumni programs (Students on Ice FOUNDATION)
  • Develop climate education programs for Arctic & Antarctic Expeditions
  • Oversee 180+ staff/youth & act on lead team for expedition operations
  • Support international network of alumni on climate action projects
